African Black Soap

Renowned for its health benefits, our Fairly Traded Organic Black Soap is one of the healthiest soaps for the skin due to the purity and simplicity of the ingredients which are loaded with essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The soap cleanses while moisturising the skin with its nourishing balance of ingredients.

Our soap has a mild, fresh, natural scent and a wonderful creamy lather of fine bubbles that leaves skin beautifully clean and refreshed.

Gentle Exfoliation: our Fairly Traded Organic Black Soap delivers a deep cleansing experience that exfoliates dead skin cells to reveal radiant, clean, fresh and healthy skin. Our product provides a deep cleansing exfoliate but it is gentle enough to use on your face while restoring moisture balance and shine. Leave the lather on your face or body for just a couple of minutes and then rinse with plenty of water. Repeat a couple of times a week and watch your skin take on a radiant youthful glow.

Shaving: our Fairly Traded Organic Black Soap is fabulous for shaving. Simply apply to your skin to create a rich foamy lather and then shave for a really smooth finish. Our product is suitable for men and women alike.

Shea Butter -

Coconut Oil -

To work up a good cleansing lather, first run the bar of soap under warm water for 5 to 10 seconds. Begin to run the bar into your hands and then apply the lather to wherever is being cleansed.

The bar can also be used directly onto your skin in the shower, but we prefer using a shower pouf to get more thick foamy bubbles.

Rinse off the soapy residue to reveal your soft, clean skin.

We recommend using this soap no more than 3 times a week

We aim to ship all orders plastic free using kraft boxes and recyclable/biodegradable materials. We occasionally use plastic mailer bags on gifts or international orders, which has been recycled from past deliveries. On larger orders we may also recycle boxes to help cut down on waste.

We are happy to refund if your order has not been shipped yet or arrives damaged. 

Please, note that these are handmade soaps, colours, shapes, scents and cutting may slightly vary due to the natural nature of the ingredients.

To last longer, after using the soap, let it air dry and keep it away from water. Always keep your soap in an appropriate soap dish that allows for drainage.
